Welcome to the New Academic Year 2022-2023 – IGCSE II, IGCSE III, and A2 Learners:

Dear Parents/ Guardian,

We would like to warmly welcome you and our learners to the Academic Year 2022-2023 which
has been themed as “Year of Circle in Learning and Teaching” as envisioned by our leadership.
We are confident that this new academic year will usher in another season of incredible learning,
diverse experiences, and outstanding accomplishments. We at TME, assure you of our
wholehearted commitment and unwavering dedication to academic excellence and the
well-rounded development of our learners. We believe that ensuring a safe, tranquil, stimulating
and intellectually challenging environment is conducive to learning and growth.

As we endeavour to bring out the best in each child by enabling them to live up to their full
potential, this year has been strategically allocated a distinct theme to connect and unite our
teaching faculty, student body and parental community. For years, a positive and strong
relationship between teachers and learners has been considered as one of the pivotal parameters
to nurturing and preparing students to thrive in the 21st century. However, the unprecedented
times of COVID -19 made it evident that the bond between teacher and student is not complete
without your involvement as a parent. We believe that the collaborative efforts of teachers and
parents help and direct students towards greater academic achievements. Parents are the school`s
essential partners in a child`s education as they know their child better than anyone else does so
parents, school and learners are equally vital.

We hope you would echo the same notion that one of most important factors directing learners`
towards greater achievements is collaborative support both by parents and school. Here, we
would like to ask you one question, “Is school an extension of Home or Home an extension of
School? We strongly believe that both, as without learning at home or nurturing at school, it will
be difficult and challenging to ensure the well-rounded development of learners.
We look forward to having more frequent two-way communications with our parental
community.

Let`s begin the New Academic Year with new hopes and a productive mindset!!!!!

Regards,

Erum Atif
